Bookings can be made by faxing your order to 08 9457 7959 or by phone on 0411140249 or 9457 7959. We will confirm details with you and invoice you to confirm booking.
Payment can be made by cheque, money order, direct deposit . Funds must be made in full and credited to our bank account at least 72 hours prior to the event. Please allow 1 week for cheque funds to clear unless prior arrangements are made. A strict 30 day account is available to approved customers on prior arrangement
On confirmation of your booking we require a booking deposit. This secures your booking.
Booking Cancellations within 72 hours of the event time will incur the loss of the booking deposit. Payments for events cancelled upon delivery, or goods not picked up at the arranged time will not be refunded.
Bad Weather: in the event of bad weather and the need to call off or postpone your event you will need to contact us at least 2 hours prior to your delivery time arranged. If we arrive on site and the decision is made to cancel/postpone due to poor weather, payment will not be refunded If you cancel/postpone due to bad weather 2 hours prior to your delivery time, payment will be converted to a credit. Please use this credit within 6 months for a rescheduled event or it will be forfeited.
Insurance, Liability & Responsibility: Active Games & Entertainment are insured for $10 million of public liability. Our insurance and responsibility extends to the limit of this policy only, it does not assume cover, responsibility for or in any way guarantee your event. Hirers should seek their own cover and assume their own responsibility for the event. If staff from Active Games & Entertainment accompany the games hire, they are suitably trained and qualified to supervise the set up, rules outline and pack up the games only, it is the hirers responsibility to address all event OH&S matters.

Access our pricing is based on delivering equipment to venues that have immediate access. If the venue has stairs or difficult access; or we have to pay parking fees, there may be an additional set-up charge. P.O.A
Age Limit: most games are suitable for age 6 or over
Hire Basis our games are hired on a ’24 hour’ do it yourself basis. 24 hours is an estimation based on games being delivered/collected on the day requested and picked up/returned the following day. If you desire assistance from a representative from Active Games & Entertainment this can be arranged by prior notice for a set fee/hour. Please contact us directly if you require this service.
Security Deposit: A security deposit of $150.00 will be required against loss and damage to the products hired. For the various throwing games and Tower Blocks it is expected that there will be some wear and tear on the games due to their nature and this will be allowed for. The deposit may be used to cover the cost of inappropriate damage resulting from their hire. This amount will be pre-authorised but not charged to your card unless required. A representative from Active Games & Entertainment will contact you prior to the charge (if any) being made.
Cleaning Bond: We are now charging a $20 cleaning fee for each mat game, ie snakes & ladders, ludo etc. This bond will be refunded when these mats are returned clean and dry. All other games should be neatly packed and in a reasonably clean condition ready for pickup. Hirers returning games that are excessively dirty may be charged a cleaning fee. Please notify us of any problems, breakages or missing parts when your games hire is completed.
Delivery and Setup: Many locations offer a free delivery within 15km but some conditions apply so please check your suburb area.
Public Holdidays: A surcharge applies for games delivery and game operators on public holidays, please ask.
Inflatable hire: Your inflatable will be delivered and installed within the hour before your party is due to start. The inflatable will need to be set up on grass (unless advised otherwise) and connected to electricity within 20 metres or 65 feet. The inflatable will be anchored safely and left in a clean condition. You will then be fully trained to operate safely. The remainder of your rental fee will be paid in cash upon the arrival of the installer on the day.
Pick up of Inflatable: After your allocated time finishes we will return, dismantle and leave within about 15-30 minutes
Supervision: All inflatables need to be supervised at all times by a person over the age of 18 and trained in all aspects of supervision. We supply you with these rules and train you on site in around 10 minutes. You will need to be present on installation. You are only permitted to do your own supervision when the inflatable is set up on a residential property or a private party in a fully fenced off community hall.
Safety: Our inflatables are manufactured and designed using the strictest worldwide standards, accidents can still occur. Children can fall over and bump their head in a typical backyard, so anything is possible with an active child and even so on inflatables. We have safety guidelines, however we are still not child proof, as nothing can be. Supervise your children and follow the safety training that we provide to you and all that should make for a great day for you, your family and friends.
